Using a proven business development framework participants develop their individual business plans to support the strategic imperatives of their organisation, and business unit. We consider account future perspectives, strategic implications (in terms of targeting, qualifying, account planning and key actions), SWOT and market analysis, actions and activity planning using Balanced Scorecard, and execution strategies. Post program business coaching can also be also included.
