Managing and Leading

This is typically a series of programs, which can be delivered together or as stand alone workshops aimed at developing management skills. The focus is on improving confidence and capability in effective communication, delegating and giving feedback, and leadership style and strategies. The Situational Leadership II model is used as the framework for our leadership workshops, with the option of additional executive coaching to support implementation.
